Welcome to the Ethiopian Schools Project website. This site has been developed by ESP's dedicated members to show our children's dark future in Ethiopia. ESP is a Non–profit organization focusing on the provision of educational opportunities for children in rural areas of Ethiopia. Improving the public school education facilities and the infrastructure as a whole is the main goal of this organization. The Armania Elementary and Junior Secondary School is one of such schools that require immediate attention from you. The pictures on the left illustrate the current situation of the classrooms of this school. Students do not have seats and desks. No windows and doors to protect these young children from rain and cold weather. No black boards and teaching aids. The floors of the classrooms are dusty and cause lung diseases. These young children have to use their laps in place of desks to take notes from their teacher. So please help these children. Your help will definitely pave way for their future. |
